Each of our apartments is available to lease for an initial term of 12 months.

Are pets allowed?

We know that your pets are a part of your family and we welcome them at Oakbridge. Our pet policy has breed restrictions. For those restrictions, check the aggressive breed list. There is a monthly fee of $40 per cat and $50 per dog and a separate pet deposit is required. Limit of 2 total.

Residents are responsible for other monthly utility costs associated with water, electric and internet.

Is renters insurance required?

Accepted Answer

Renters insurance is required if you have a pet living with you in your apartment. Even if you don’t have a pet, renters insurance is highly encouraged. Renters insurance is a policy you can purchase to protect your personal property as the management company/landlord is not responsible for replacement to tenants. If your belongings are damaged, lost, or stolen, replacement could be covered.

Can I terminate my lease early?

Accepted Answer

When you sign a lease with Oakbridge Apartments, you are given the option of an early lease termination. Your first option for early termination is to pay a buyout fee equal to four months’ rent and provide a 60-day notice to vacate. A second option is to pay a subleasing fee of $350 and continue paying rent on the apartment until the time it re-rents.
